Accounts & Registration

• You may create an account using your email address or Google sign-in.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• DARLU reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.
• Website checkout currently accepts bank transfer. The bank details and payment-reference instructions are shown after an order is reserved.
• You must upload a readable payment slip for verification. Submitting a payment slip does not mean that payment has been confirmed; we will notify you after manual verification.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders remain subject to availability, payment verification, and our acceptance.
• We may refuse or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud, an unverifiable payment, or failure to submit payment proof within the communicated reservation period.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within Sri Lanka only. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors. DARLU is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

Return and exchange eligibility, timelines, and conditions will are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition unless that policy states otherwise.

Product Information & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, images, availability, and prices. Colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen or production batch. We may correct errors and change prices or promotions before accepting an order. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed on the corrected terms or receive a refund of any verified payment.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including designs, images, logos, text, and branding—is the property of DARLU & CO. (PVT) LTD and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or engage in any activity that disrupts the operation or security of our services.
