Introduction

Welcome to DARLU. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DARLU website, products, and services operated by DARLU & CO. (PVT) LTD("DARLU," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. By using DARLU, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Accounts & Registration

• You may create an account using your email address or Google sign-in.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• DARLU reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.
• Website checkout currently accepts card payment (processed by PayHere), Koko instalment plans (processed by Koko), bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery. Cash on Delivery is available only for orders containing a single item and carries a flat LKR 600 COD fee added to the order total. The bank details and payment-reference instructions for bank transfer are shown after an order is reserved.
• Card and Koko orders are confirmed once the payment provider confirms the payment to us. Your use of a Koko instalment plan, including its approval, repayment schedule and any fees, is governed by your agreement with Koko.
• For bank transfers, you must upload a readable payment slip for verification. Submitting a payment slip does not mean that payment has been confirmed; we will notify you after manual verification.
• Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed immediately at checkout and do not require a payment slip — payment is collected in cash by our delivery agent when the order is delivered.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders remain subject to availability, payment verification, and our acceptance.
• We may refuse or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud, an unverifiable payment, or failure to submit payment proof within the communicated reservation period.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within Sri Lanka only. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors. DARLU is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

Return and exchange eligibility, timelines, and conditions will are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition unless that policy states otherwise.

Product Information & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, images, availability, and prices. Colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen or production batch. We may correct errors and change prices or promotions before accepting an order. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed on the corrected terms or receive a refund of any verified payment.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including designs, images, logos, text, and branding—is the property of DARLU & CO. (PVT) LTD and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or engage in any activity that disrupts the operation or security of our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DARLU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.
